ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.. R.M.Anbunithi, Addl.Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Cont.P(MD)No.681 of 2020 for a further period of three months, so as to complete the investigation in Crime No.238 of 2019 on the file of the Thuckalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner would submit that already the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District filed the final report in Crime No.238 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 380 of I.P.C as early as on 31.07.2021 itself before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram and thereby closed the F.I.R as 'undeducted one'.
