This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.686 of 2009 of the respondent police and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'.
