This is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed. He would further submit that the respondent police called the petitioner in connection with the complaint pending against him and there is no harassment against the petitioner.
