This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to pass an order directing the Learned II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District to accept the 1/3

petitioners surrender and consider the bail application on the same day of their surrender in Cr.No.363 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Palani Velayutham, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. A. Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), for the 1st and 2nd respondent this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 08.01.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.282 of 2021. The petitioners have sought for further extension of time.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in this petition and therefore, fifteen days time is granted to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
