ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, to expedite the trial in S.C.No.500 of 2022 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, to complete the trial in S.C.No.500 of 2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
