Respondent/Complainant PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to conclude the Trial and dispose of the case in CC No.77/2012 on its file within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to conclude the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.77 of 2012 on its file, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.On 04.03.2022, this Court called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, as to why the case is pending form the year 2012, without any progress. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar also submitted his report on 16.03.2022, stating that in this case there are 16 accused and one after another accused continuously remained absent on the hearing dates and as such NBW was issued against them. Further more, learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar had submitted that due to Covid-19 lock down, only limited cases have been taken up for trial. 3.From the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar is directed to complete the trial within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings, without fail and co-operate with the trial, for early disposal, as stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
