on 19.05.2024 and also to grant Family Pension to the petitioner M.Indirani being the wife of the Late.R.Manickam along with belated payment interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of. Mr.K. Balasubramani , Spl. Government Pleader for the Petitioner and of Mr.S. Govindan, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" to grant 8 weeks time to comply the order passed in WP (MD) No. 15124 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 09.07.2024 have been complied with and that nothing remains for further adjudication.
