The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, by letter, dated 22.12.2023, requested this Court to grant further time of two months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.255 of 2017. Subsequently, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the case in S.C.No.255 of 2017 has been disposed of by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.
