ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406 and 506(ii) of IPC in 1/3

Crime No.02 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are husband and wife. After marriage, the petitioner and other accused persons harassed the defacto complainant by demanding additional dowry. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that this is the second application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 07.02.

2024 in respect of the petitioner considering the allegation levelled as against the petitioner. 5.This Court considered the rival submissions made.
