ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quashment of First Information Report No.233 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, on the ground that even as per the allegation made in the First Information Report, only through phone, the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant using abusive language and threat has been made.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the offences are not at all attracted.

3. Perusal of CD file shows that investigation has been completed by examining seven witnesses.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that within short time, the Final Report will be filed before the concerned Court.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to file the final report 2/4

before the concerned Court within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the content of the final report, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
