Order : This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier orders of this Court dated 17.03.2015 and 25.08.2015 and the Court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.174/2006.

Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
