COMMON ORDER The Petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2814 seeks joint trial in S.T.C.No.557 of 2012 filed by the first respondent and S.T.C.No.92 of 2015 filed by the second respondent on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and the Petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4348 of 2015 seeks for speedy disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.557 of 2012 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the records. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side agreed for a simultaneous trial of the cases referred to supra.

4.Considering the said submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai is directed to conduct a simultaneous trial in the above mentioned cases as for as possible within a gap of two days and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
