ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein.

2.Heard Mr.T.Selvakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1&2 respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor a

petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner as on date on the file of the second respondent police.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though there is no complaint or petition enquiry pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent police, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner, directing him to appear for enquiry. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry or investigation.
