ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the FIR No.5 of 2022 dated 27.10.2022, on the file of the 1st Respondent, Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Cell (IPREC) Police Station, Madurai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the second respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit after the investigation, it was found that there is no truth in the complaint given by the second respondent herein, so that the action has been dropped.
