(CR.NO.12/2022) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modifies the condition No.8 imposed on petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2406 of 2022 dt 04.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASAITHAMBI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition as "to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilayangudi" instead of "to report before the Inspector of Police, Salaigramam Police Station, Sivagangai District, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2406 of 2022, dated 04.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit by order dated 04.02.2022, the petitioners have been released on anticipatory bail with some conditions.

One of the condition is that they should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m from 22.02.2022 onwards. He would further submit that they are appearing before the respondent police without fail and that when the petitioners appearing before the respondent police, they have been harassed by the respondent police. Hence, he seeks the above said modification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.3098 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that for the purpose of completing the investigation only the petitioners were enquired and to complete the investigation the petitioners must appear before the respondent police and without any basis the above said allegation has been made by the petitioners. 4.The respondent police shall investigate the matter and to complete the same in accordance with law. During the course of investigation, if any trouble arises, the petitioners may approach this Court.
