According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based upon the petition, enquiry was undertaken. But however, he did not co-operate with the Enquiry Officer and also refused to give the statement.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition since the petitioner himself is not co-operating to the enquiry and therefore, no orders can be passed.
