PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.160 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner, who is the Principal of the Little Rose Higher Secondary School, Orathanadu, in which, the deceased Vidhya has studied, is not arrayed as accused and that the only accused Sasikumar, Mathematics teacher of the said school, was already arrested and released on bail.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
