(*)This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.B3/3/19/2024/B3, dated 23.01.2025 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the third respondent to cancel the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of late.Pulugupandi Thevar.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that in respect of the issue involved in this writ petition, a civil suit in O.S.No.126 of 2022, is pending before the Additional District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting 2/4
liberty to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit in O.S.No.126 of 2022, which is pending before the Additional District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai. This Court refrains from entertaining the writ petition at this stage, as the matter is sub judice and is being dealt with by the competent civil court. There shall be no order as to costs.
