ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.02.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint for the occurrence, dated 04.02.2025. On 05.02.2025, they received the complaint and they registered a case in Crime No.41 of 2025. Therefore, already the representation of the petitioner was considered and nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Since the representation of the petitioner was considered and FIR has been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication and at the same time, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent police, if any other criminal activities done by anybody. 2/4
