RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that may be imposed on the petitioners in order dated 14.07.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.11660 of 2016, directing these petitioners shall report the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m until further order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
