Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.D.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.12872 of 2016, dated 02.08.2016.
2. This Court, by order dated 02.08.2016 made in Crl.OP(MD) No.12872 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they
have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).
5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for execution of sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
