ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.24680 of 2023, dated 27.11.2023.

2. Under the said order, this Court has directed the 1st respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. In compliance with the said order, an order dated 17.04.2024 has been passed rejecting the request of the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the said compliance, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the contempt petitioner to challenge the said order, if she is so advised.
