O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to furnish the copy of the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR), "A" Register and Field Map Prior to Town Survey (Supplemental), 1992 for T.S.No.2286, House Nos.5 & 6, Ward No.6, Old Division 3, Thanjavur Town, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already sent a representation before the third respondent on 03.05.2025, seeking to furnish the copy of the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR), "A" Register and Field Map Prior to Town Survey (Supplemental), 1992 for T.S.No.2286, House Nos.5 & 6, Ward No.6, Old Division 3, Thanjavur Town. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioners have approached this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 03.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2025 and furnish the copy of the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR), "A" Register and Field Map Prior to Town Survey (Supplemental), 1992 for T.S.No.2286, House Nos.5 & 3/6

6, Ward No.6, Old Division 3, Thanjavur Town, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
