ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.128 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. Referred charge sheet shall be served upon the petitioner forthwith. It is open to the petitioner to move a protest petition within a period of one month from today.
