ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 04.07.2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.9 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is a married man having two children, has raped the victim girl aged about 17 years.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit on instruction that the petitioner is the sole accused. He further submitted that investigation is pending and he strongly objected for granting bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner, who is a married man having two children had rapped the victim minor girl, this Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
