Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing counsel appearing for Trichy Municipality.

2. I do not want to go into the merits of the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. I however grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application for granting license before the second respondent. The application shall be sent through registered post and also given in person before the Assistant Commissioner, Trichy 2/4
