ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue ST-Hindu Kattunayakkan Community Certificate to the petitioner's sons namely M.R.Sabarish and M.R.Veerash. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that with regard to the issuance of Community Certificate to the petitioner's sons, his appeal is pending before the first respondent as on date without any disposal. 2/5

3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be disposed of by the respondents in accordance with law within a time frame. 4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in the light of G.O(Ms)No.147, Revenue [RA-3(2)] Department, dated 17.03.2016. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
