This petition is filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.87 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police as to petitioner is concern.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that even at the stage of the petition enquiry, the complaint itself was closed as mistake of fact on 30.04.2017 and the copy of the closure report also sent to the de facto complainant.
