O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents not to interfere into the petitioner's matrimonial life existed with fourth respondent by harassing him to accept his demand.

2.According to the prosecution, a case has been registered in Crime No.50 of 2017, dated 16.09.2017, for the offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 506(i), Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and he has also produced a copy of the F.I.R before this Court.

3. In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate Court.
