This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order passed in M.C.O.P.No.1003 of 2023 dated 03.11.2025, on the file of the Special Sub Court to deal with MCOP Cases, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the order in M.C.O.P.No.1003 of 2023 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
