ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.88 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents would submit that already they have completed the investigation and filed the final report. Now, the case is pending in P.R.C.No.2 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.88 of 2024. The 2nd respondent has already completed the investigation and filed the final report and the same is pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai in P.R.C.No.2 of 2025. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner was already considered by the 2nd respondent and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
