Today, this case is taken up as far as the 1st petitioner alone. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 1st petitioner was detained under Act 14. 3.In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as far as the 1st petitioner is concerned.
