The petitioner herein is arrayed as sole accused in S.T.C.No.441 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. He filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said S.T.C.No.441 of 2012.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 12.04.2014 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioner was convicted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
