RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner vide order dated 05.02.2021 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1630 of 2021, on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MUTHUSARAVANAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1630 of 2021 on 05.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.1630 of 2021 on 05.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
