ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced a copy of the communication dated 15.02.2023 received from the first respondent. The said communication reads as follows: "This is with reference to your letter dated 13.02.2023 and subsequent to the teletalk our official had with you regarding non issuance of permission for construction of LPG Godwon in S.No.130/1, Alundhur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.

As conveyed, we hereby confirm that we don't have any such case pertaining to our office."

Nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
