When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was directed to be posted in the list on 27.02.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (i.e. 27.02.2018) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent are present.

2.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter and therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
