Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated:03.06.2016 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.8470 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
