This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection.

2.The petitioner contends that he is having a subsisting decree in his favour granted in O.S.No.1147 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur. I am of the view that the petitioner can very well move the very same Civil Court for the enforcement of his right. There is no need for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the very same Civil Court, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
