Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to a issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents to disburse a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- along with interest towards the Personal Accident Cover for the death of petitioners son Mr.Naganathan in Policy No. 201250040319800138200000 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) We do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge, which is obviously a consent order. Even otherwise, the learned Judge is right in holding that the writ petition is not maintainable, that too, against the respondents and the appellant also seeks to enforce the contract.
