ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to further investigate the case in crime No.212 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused in this case is died and hence, the charges against the accused are abetted and hence, the FIR in crime No.212 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been closed as charge abetted. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
