Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to directing the respondents to settle interest at the reate of 6 percentage p.a for the belated payment of the petitioners terminal benefits including Gratuity, Terminal leave salary, Commuted value of pension and Provident fund from the date of the petitioners retirement to till the date on which the said benefits were settled to him For Petitioner : Mr.A.Rahul For Respondents : Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1742 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

Cont.P(MD)No.890 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that the order of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the calculation arrived upon by the respondents, if so advised.
