Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner is working as Secondary Grade-II Teacher. She availed house loan as well as the hand loans. Therefore, the petitioner wants to settle those liabilities by encashing her leave. In this regard the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.12.2017.

4.The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
