Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 379 IPC in Crime No.74 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that these petitioners along with one Vijayan had planned a theft of equipment of cellphone tower equipment that were lying in a place in Karaikudi. When these petitioners were loading the equipment in a van, the owners of the equipment came to the spot. On seeing them, these petitioners ran away. Vijayan was caught and handed over to the Police. On the confession of Vijayan, names of these petitioners have been identified.

4. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations against these petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
