The petitioners are figuring as accused in the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.94 of 2020, registered on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(1) of I.P.C.

2.The de-facto complainant/R.Pandiyaraj is present in person before me. He is identified by his counsel as well as by Mr.M.Manoharan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Sivakasi East Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.4620 of 2020 Station, Virudhunagar District. He has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report. Therefore, the impugned First Information Report stands quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
