This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR.

2.The petitioners' counsel reiterated the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds. Though they are quite attractive, I am afraid that it cannot be possible for me to appreciate at this stage. The petitioners will have to necessarily wait for the filing of the final report. The petitioners allege that they are being harassed at the hand of the first respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners' defences and contentions are left open.
