ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The respondents 1 and 2 are present. The learned counsel appearing for the Bank would submit that as directed by the Division Bench in its order dated 04.06.2021, the Bank has filed an application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate and an order has also been passed on 17th April 2023 for taking physical possession of the property. He would add that the auction purchaser has now given up the right to take physical possession of the property in view of the agreement reached by the auction purchaser with the person who had purchased the property from the debtor. The learned counsel for the Bank has also handed over the title documents to the auction purchaser.
