ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in M.C.No.29 of 2022 dated 03.06.2023 on the file of the learned Family Court, Tirunelveli, and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, i.e., on 26.08.2025, both parties appeared before this Court. A compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the joint compromise memo has also been filed before this Court. They have agreed to resolve the indifferences and settle the matter in terms of the joint compromise entered into between them on 26.08.2025.

3. The respondent wife agreed to receive a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- as one time settlement from the petitioner towards permanent alimony. Pursuant to the same, a demand draft bearing D.D.No.208667, dated 22.08.2025, has been drawn by the petitioner in favour of the respondent. The respondent handed over the "Thirumangalyam" to the petitioner in terms of the joint compromise memo. The parties are strictly directed to comply with the condition without any deviation. 4. Making this joint compromise memo as a part and parcel of this order, this Criminal Revision case is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
