ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the third respondent executed a sale deed in favour of the petitioner, later, he lodged a complaint before the respondent police and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner. 3.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same was taken on file as C.No.449/Camp/ALGSC-PP/2016, dated 14.03.2016 and after enquiry, the petition was closed and there is no petition pending.
