ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] CMA(MD) No.242 of 2023 has been filed as against the judgment and decree passed in HMOP No.66 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights as against the petitioner/husband.
2. CMA(MD) No.243 of 2023 has been filed as against the judgment and decree passed in HMOP No.25 of 2022 on the file of the Page No.2 of 5
Family Court, Thanjavur, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the appellant/husband for divorce as against the respondent/wife.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed a memo stating that the appellant and the respondent had entered into an amicable settlement at the intervention of well wishers in the family and both of them have jointly filed a compromise deed dated 02.11.2025.
4. In view of the fact that pending these appeals the appellant and the respondent settled their issues amicably and to that extent they have also executed a joint compromise deed dated 02.11.2025. Recording the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals stand disposed of in terms joint compromise deed dated 02.11.2025, executed between the parties. The joint compromise deed dated 02.11.2025 shall form part of the judgment. No cost.
