the petitioner to submit court disposal orders for cases reported against him and provide other documents to the enquiry officer on his application for issue of passport and quash the same, consequently directing the first respondent to issue passport to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the facts.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 13.01.2026 passed by the first respondent, whereby the petitioner has been directed to furnish all details relating to the court cases pending against him.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 has filed a counter affidavit stating that three criminal cases are pending against the petitioner. The said counter affidavit may be relied upon by the writ petitioner before the first respondent. In two of the said cases, charge sheets have been 2/5

filed and taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in S.T.C.No.1844 of 2025 and S.T.C.No.1900 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the concerned trial Court in the above cases and seek appropriate permission to travel abroad.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate applications before the concerned trial Court. Based on the orders to be passed by the concerned trial Court, the first respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law.
